The purpose:
The purpose of the application is to eliminate eyestrain, by preventing the habit of staring. The movement of the windows on the screen - the swinging - helps to prevent this habit, while letting you work with your computer as usual. The rhythmic, pendulum-like movements that the application create, may also promote a sensation of overall relaxation.
